**Responsibilities**:
The Service reports to the Service Manager and assists with the administration of the Service Department. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

- Field internal and external customer inquiries to the Service Department
- Provide administrative support for work orders, scheduling and trucking documentation
- Work with technicians to sign off on completed work orders in preparation for invoicing
- Responsible for tracking technician hours for payroll
- Provide sales support by contacting existing clients for future service work
- Process warranty and/or product improvement claims
- Close and invoice all service department workorders
- Complete month end processes
- Open work orders as directed by the Service Manager and maintain control until they are closed and invoiced
- Maintain Service Department filing and records
- Update customer profiles using equipment, hours, or other information from the work orders
- Ability to work on a Saturday rotation, as well as extended hours during seasonal demands
- Other duties as assigned

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- A diploma in Business or Marketing and/or 2 years previous experience in a similar position
- A high degree of product knowledge is preferred, but training can be provided for the right individual
- Customer service skills, and detail orientation is key to this role.
- Must be a team player with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and fellow co-workers
- Organization skills and attention to detail are required
- Knowledge of Agriculture and Equipment would be an asset
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient using computers and word processing/spreadsheet software
- Able to work flexible and extended hours when needed.
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
