**Position Summary**: Are you passionate about BBQs and enjoy working outdoors? We're looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our team for the peak BBQ season. As a Seasonal BBQ Cleaning Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' grills are in top condition, ready for their next cookout.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of various BBQ grills and smokers
- Conduct basic repairs and maintenance on BBQ equipment
- Educate customers on proper BBQ care and maintenance
- Adhere to Grill Hero's high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage time effectively to meet daily appointment schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
- Accurately complete service reports and customer paperwork
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns professionally

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or customer service preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - FULL-TIME ACCESS to vehicle (Ride share and Bus service not applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during peak season
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
