Matrix is hiring a dedicated and knowledgable Site Supervisor for a long-term project in Thompson, Mb.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and operation of custom-built mobile water treatment equipment
- Optimize equipment and troubleshoot for deficiencies on a continuous basis
- Accurately collect and compile data for reporting to stakeholders
- Collect and analyze sample
- Calibrate equipment as per operating manual requirements
- Interpret results and adjust equipment according to the lab results
- Other related duties as requested

**Qualifications/Competencies**:
The individual in this role will have:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this position
- Able to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization is essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Prior equipment operating experience
- Valid industry safety tickets is desired (H2S, First Aid, Ground Disturbance and CSTS)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver's abstract
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office software
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and suggest workable solutions
- Proven leadership abilities and exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines with multiple priorities
- Work and/or travel in varied terrains, weather conditions, isolated locations, and by various means of transportation
- Ability to work shifts (depending on client requirements) for up to several weeks at a time
