**About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and versatile **Handyman** to provide general property maintenance services across multiple locations. This role involves responding to on-call requests for repairs, upkeep, and minor renovations to keep our properties safe, functional, and well-presented.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, possibly including but not limited to:

- Basic plumbing (fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures)
- Basic electrical work (changing light fixtures, outlets, switches)
- Carpentry (repairing doors, cabinets, furniture)
- Painting, drywall patching, and touch-ups
- Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
- General exterior work (fencing repairs, minor landscaping, seasonal upkeep)
- Conduct routine inspections and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with property management about work status and needs for supplies or further repairs.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of issues.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair practices.
- Ability to work independently and travel between multiple properties as required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Own basic tools (specialty tools provided as needed).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform tasks that involve bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
