**Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings**:

- Understand detailed specifications and measurements for parts and assemblies.
- **Select and prepare materials**:

- Gather lumber, panels, veneers, and other materials needed for the assembly process.
- **Assemble wood components**:

- Use hand tools, power tools, and clamps to assemble parts such as cabinets, trim, moldings, panels, and casework.
- **Cut, sand, and shape parts**:

- Operate saws, routers, planers, and sanders to fit pieces accurately and ensure a smooth finish.
- **Install hardware and fittings**:

- Attach hinges, slides, handles, brackets, and other hardware as required.
- **Check for quality and accuracy**:

- Inspect finished products to ensure dimensions, finish, and fit meet quality standards.
- May assist in staining, sealing, or prepping wood for paint or other finishes.
- **Maintain a clean and organized work area**:

- Follow shop safety procedures and ensure tools and materials are stored properly.
- **Collaborate with other team members**:

- Work closely with carpenters, engineers, or supervisors to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
- **Follow safety protocols and company procedures**:

- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain awareness of hazards in the workshop.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
