**Pay Rate**: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience) +Benefits ( After 3 months )

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of 12-20 production team members.
- Hold **daily morning meetings** to communicate tasks, expectations, and safety reminders.
- Receive and manage **work orders** from the Production Manager, tracking progress through to completion.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Production Manager and the shop floor, providing **real-time updates** throughout the day.
- Offer hands-on support and direction to team members, ensuring clarity on tasks and processes.
- Actively participate in **assembly building and production work** as needed.
- Interpret **technical drawings** and ensure all work meets quality standards and design specifications.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in real time to maintain product excellence.
- Promote a productive and positive work environment while ensuring adherence to timelines and safety protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in **woodworking and millwork** is required.
- Proven experience in a **team leadership** or supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and shop blueprints**.
- Hands-on experience in **assembly building** and understanding of production processes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to motivate a team toward high performance.
