**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic marketing student for the summer to support our salon's marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to the growth of a thriving salon.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc).
- Schedule and monitor social media posts to ensure consistent online presence.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and build an online community.
- **Content Creation**:

- Develop visually appealing graphics and promotional materials.
- Capture and edit photos and videos to showcase our salon's work and atmosphere.
- **Promotional Campaigns**:

- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and providing insights for future improvements.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about the beauty and salon industry.
