Airdrie, Canada RST Landscapes Inc. Full time

RST Landscapes is looking for **Snow Clearing General Labourers** for the Airdrie area to hire **IMMEDIATELY **for seasonal work.

This position will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, mainly snow removal (manual or small handheld equipment) in winter for industrial, municipal, and commercial properties, while providing exceptional customer service.

**We are hiring for immediate start, snow clearing - ON CALL BASIS with an opportunity for guaranteed full time salary, based on reliability.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating safety leadership and safe work practices at all times
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Manual snow removal
- Additional tasks as required

Basic/Required Qualifications:

- **Valid Driver’s License (class 5), reliable transpiration and ability to provide copy of driver’s abstract**:

- Working knowledge of the use of common hand and power tools relative to landscape maintenance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous landscaping, snow removal and/or maintenance experience is an asset
- Ability to take direction, give direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
- Motivated and energetic team player with an attention to detail and great work ethic

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

- Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time
- Working in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold temperatures.

- Significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling
- Repetitive Motions
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 100 lbs

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
