**The Role**:

- Lead creative processes from concept to execution
- Manage a brand/creative team
- Ensure all creative designs align with company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging
- Develop and execute creative strategies
- Analyze and report on creative campaigns and initiatives
- Manage and mentor creative team
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand identity and achieve company’s objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to create solutions
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors
- Stay relevant with industry trends and incorporate them into creative processes

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Design, Branding, or a related field
- Experience with UI and UX designs
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction
- Experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Leadership and management skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
