What experience are we looking for to drive success? - MUST -Have Skills and Qualifications:    - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Graphic/Communications Design, Industrial or Product Design, Human -Computer Interactions, Psychology, or related field    - Experience in user interface design, with proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch    - Strong sense of interaction design, including accessibility and inclusive design    - Excellent communication and presentation skills    - Knowledge of UX research methodologies    - Strong problem -solving skills, demonstrated through visual design or user research    - Design portfolio and/or user research case studies - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:    - Experience in AI -powered design projects    - Familiarity with Fluent Design language and design systems 6.
