**The Position**:
This role is pivotal in driving advancements in omnichannel campaign activation through comprehensive measurement planning and performance tracking. By implementing robust measurement plans and developing insightful KPIs, the job holder will enhance audience measurement strategies and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance at regular intervals so the team can learn quickly and act quickly. This will ultimately lead to more effective and efficient omnichannel campaigns, contributing significantly to the company's marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stay on top of updates regarding new omnichannel platforms and the flow of campaign performance data between them (Veeva, Workbench, Adobe, GWS, Consent) and advise the Omnichannel Managers on using the data to pinpoint optimal automation and suggestion implementation and measure resulting impact.
- Work closely with the omnichannel managers, campaign automation specialists and the delivery unit to ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking of HCP behaviour across digital properties. Key contributor in all relevant Medical/Commercial campaign monitoring and reporting activities to utilize data, continually inform and evolve our customer engagement initiatives.
- Act as the key liaison between Omnichannel, Business Analytics and Data Science to ensure filtering of requests to the team which are of highest priority and in appropriate briefing format so the team can work efficiently with mínimal back-and-forth.
- Facilitate the implementation of full funnel audience measurement plans, developing plans in conjunction with the Omnichannel Manager’s campaign journeys, across awareness, consideration, and act. Work with the cross functional team to define KPIs and messaging for each stage of the funnel.
- Support the omnichannel manager to pull together performance data across platforms and transfer into insightful measurement reports, to be delivered to the cross functional team at regular, frequent intervals to ensure improvements and decisions can be made with speed.
- Establish a catalogue of ready-to-use measurement frameworks to be applied to standard campaigns which occur across all Therapy Areas, such as new product launches, new indication launches, segment-specific campaigns, etc. These measurement frameworks will become standard practice for campaigns of this type and will be translated into dashboards for 24-hour performance tracking.
- Provide technical expertise on Google SA360 organic and paid search reporting and Adobe Analytics for web reporting.

This position is based in the Burlington, Ontario office located at 5180 South Service Road and is **flexible **.
Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department.

**Requirements**:

- University degree, with preference for specialization in business or marketing and/or certification(s) in analytics.
- Clear understanding of marketing KPIs, previous experience in marketing and/or retail/CPG analytics an asset, such as life cycle marketing. Minimum of 3 years in digital or campaign analytics, pharmaceutical industry experience not a requirement.
- Proficient in data analysis, with a demonstrated ability utilizing Excel for mid-level complexity calculations, e.g., cross-tabbing. Proven experience in leveraging Google search data and web analytics data, and adept at consolidating information from various sources such as CRM, web, and media into comprehensive measurement strategies. Familiarity with Tableau is an added advantage.
- Experience building and measuring customer strategies to increase user engagement, conversion, and lifetime value.
- Experience building presentations with PowerPoint and using the medium to tell stories using data.
- Project oriented, pro-active, and self-motivated work style with outstanding organizational skills and dedication to quality and integrity
- Strong ability to interpret complex information and clearly communicate to simple message.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple on going projects.Excellent project management skills.
