**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Partner with Data Engineers & Software Developers to evaluate the technical trade-offs of tools to build simple, yet robust, data science pipelines.
- Manage the development of data science product features.
- Conduct research and develop product features under the direction of the Lead Data Scientist
- Build data products to solve business problems in the energy industry.
- Write well documented experiments and production-ready code.
- Analyze and interpret functional requirements and/or data.
- Conduct independent research.
- Mentor junior team members.
- **Experience Required**
- Bachelor’s degree from a three
- or four-year college or university.
- 1-2 years relevant work experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with modern CI/CD
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coding in Python, R, Scala, or other relevant language
