- Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Assist individuals with disabilities in their daily routines, promoting independence wherever possible.
- Engage clients in social activities to encourage interaction and mental stimulation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility or transfers.

**Skills**
- Strong background in patient care or caregiving, preferably within assisted living or nursing home settings.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities or in hospice care is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively while maintaining client dignity.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and team members.
- Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality support services.
- Basic knowledge of medication administration protocols is a plus.
