**Genesis Experience Manager - GXM**

**Genesis Ottawa is currently seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to become a highly successful Genesis Experience Manager (GXM) at our Genesis Ottawa dealership selling and providing exceptional customer service for our premium Genesis luxury brand to Ottawa connoisseurs of fine automobiles.**

**We are looking for a GXM to assist with product presentation, product demonstration and end-to-end selling of New and Used Genesis vehicles with a preference for those who may have sold luxury brand automobile selling experience.**

**You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers visiting our dealership or inquiring on the Genesis brand online.**

**Our training program will teach you the skills required for success in the Genesis luxury brand market.**

**We are looking for the following**:

- **Professional appearance combined with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and sales skills.**:

- **Demonstration drive assistance.**:

- **Must have strong customer service skills.**:

- **Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed.**:

- **Sound computer skills, digital and social media experience.**:

- **OMVIC licensed sales person with automotive sales experience. Luxury car selling experience would be a strong asset but not mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Automotive Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail Sales / Customer Service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
- OMVIC (preferred)
