**Responsibilities**
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for participants of varying skill levels.
- Educate clients on proper techniques, movements, and safety protocols to ensure an optimal workout experience.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their individual needs and fitness goals.
- Provide modifications and progressions for exercises to accommodate different abilities.
- Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client participation and retention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continue professional development to enhance teaching skills.

**Skills**
- Proficient in English and French
- Friendly, and has good customer service skills
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and execute class schedules.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly and effectively.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate clients during classes, fostering a sense of community within the studio.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
