We are looking for certified and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team at Marea, a soon-to-open wellness center in Montreal. As an instructor, you will be essential in fostering a positive, transformative experience for clients and promoting overall well-being.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Leading classes with enthusiasm, creating an engaging and energetic atmosphere
- Acting as a dynamic leader during sessions, fostering a positive and motivating environment
- Preparing to instruct clients of all skill levels, with tailored guidance to meet individual needs
- Providing top-quality service by teaching proper technique and Pilates fundamentals
- Cultivating a safe, comfortable space where every client feels welcome and confident
- Keeping up-to-date with new techniques and trends in Pilates to continuously enhance the client experience Promoting the growth and skill development of clients through tailored instruction

**Requirements**:

- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
- An outgoing, dynamic personality with the ability to connect with clients and team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships
- Bilingual in French and English. (Spanish is a plus)
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
