- Conduct research and gather business requirements from clients in the payment banking industry.
- Analyze and document requirements, and work with the development team to ensure that requirements are implemented accurately.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Participate in product backlog creation and prioritization meetings with the development team.
- Use data analysis techniques to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements or optimizations.
- Participate in testing and review phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis in the payment banking industry.
- Deep understanding of payment banking and financial norms and regulations (e.g. **FEDWIRE, CHIPS, SWIFT**, etc.). **Exposure to ISO20022**:

- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
