Colonial Tool Group Inc. is a world-class manufacturer specializing in broaching tools, precision spindles, CNC broaching and special machines, work-holding fixtures, spline rolling/cold forming racks, machine slides, and advanced cutting tool systems.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with expertise in turning, milling, and grinding, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise production departments handling low-volume tool and component processing, ensuring adherence to blueprint specifications.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot machining setups, addressing complex set-up and machining challenges.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Estimating teams to finalize machining processes, sequences, and time requirements.
- Work with Production Control to ensure timely part deliveries and meet production schedules.
- Oversee employee performance, providing training, development, and task assignments based on capabilities.
- Address employee grievances and issues in line with company policies, representing the company in the grievance process.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting high morale and maintaining strong relationships with union representatives.

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proven knowledge in turning, milling, and grinding processes with a understanding of machining setups.
- Strong knowledge of cross-department manufacturing activities and their integration.
- Ability to resolve complex production and tooling issues quickly and effectively.
- Understanding of cost-reduction strategies and process improvements to minimize waste and rework.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing supervision experience

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 85 per week
