Under the supervision of the Technical Supervisor and TD Department manager, the TD Coordinator makes every effort to ensure that the show TD team carries out its daily tasks for the production. The TD Coordinator will work closely with the different TD teams, especially with the Baseline TD Coordinator and Central TD Coordinator, ensuring the communication, and liaison and general workflow. Our TDs (Technical Directors) are involved in the design, development, optimization and maintenance of the pipeline and production tools.

The TD Coordinator assigns show related tasks to the show TDs, works on prioritizing tasks, handles tickets / sprints / meetings, holds meetings to organise and assigns the priorities. Additionally, help manage the show resources ensuring the day to day work of show TDs, Coordination of the show and the Studio TD teams, sending requests to the Studio TD team when needed, and ensuring feedbacks channels stay open is part of the role.

**Responsibilities**
- Day-to-day management of artist tickets requests in Shotgrid software: ensure follow-up, and proper maintenance.
- Coordination between the show TD team and production, and between the show TD team and the Central TD team
- Collaboration with other technical teams in Paris, Montreal and Bangalore
- Monitoring the TDs schedules
- Meetings: schedules and reports, leads for several meetings
- Monitoring of ongoing developments
- Managing Vacancy Requests and TD Team Timelogs

**Qualifications**
- Perfect communication skills.
- Ability to understand, analyze and propose solutions to problems
- Be able to organize your work effectively and prioritize the requests made by the different teams - organisation skill is central
- Written & oral English and French skills

Additional assets:

- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methods
- Knowledge of Shotgrid
- Understanding of 3D animation manufacturing techniques.
