Specialist, Operations and Partner Relations

**We are looking for our next Specialist, Operations and Partner Relations (Express). Could it be you?**

As the Specialist, Operations and Partner Relations (Express) reporting to the Manager, Operations and Partner Relations (Express), you will support business relationships with all existing non-traditional business partners. Important to this role is the ability to maximize and foster business relationships, support sales growth by identifying opportunities/challenges, the ability to coach and influence in order to maintain brand standards and business savvy to support the overall growth of non-traditional partnerships at M&M Food Market.

This position involves extensive travel to new locations to ensure their timely and successful opening, as well as ensuring partners are trained and armed with the tools necessary to successfully sell M&M Food Market products and represent the brand.

**In this role you will have a variety of responsibilities, including**:

- Assist with opening new locations in the non-traditional business sector, including extensive travel to new partners and new locations
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to assist with the new non-trad location processes, including store set-up, product ordering, partner training & coaching, sales reporting and target development, etc.
- Assist with the management of partner relationships, including fostering communication and feedback in a timely manner
- Assist with the maintenance of brand standards amongst non-traditional partners by conducting quarterly audits and reviews with partners, and tracking performance across locations
- Support the Manager, Non-Traditional Development with various tasks as assigned

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a store management, training or development role
- Experience in restaurant, retail or grocery industry an asset
- Ability to communicate written and orally in both English and French
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, both internally and externally, and effectively communicate issues, actively engage and influence, and work collaboratively as a team member
- A results and action-oriented with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and timelines

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
