As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be instrumental in managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and recruitment. **1. Recruitment & Onboarding**

Develops and implements an effective onboarding process, ensuring new

**employees feel welcomed, supported, and prepared for their roles within the**

**first 90 days.**

**2. Employee Relationships & Workplace Culture**

Fosters a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture aligned with

**WIN’s commitment to community and inclusion.**

Proactively addresses workplace concerns, mediates conflicts effectively, and

Develops and maintains HR policies that are clear, accessible, and compliant

**with Alberta’s employment standards, OHS, and human rights regula

Ensures all employees and leadership understand and adhere to workplace

**policies, reducing HR-related risks.**

Works in consultation with internal committees such as Culture, Benevolent Social,

**Risk Management, Management team, Leadership Group, TL team.**

Assists TLs with schedule management and establishing rotations that are fair

**and effective for the persons served**

**4. Performance Management & Employee Development**

Implements and maintains a performance management system that supports

**employee growth and aligns with WIN’s mission.**

Develops training and development initiatives that enhance employees’ skills

**and career progression.**

**5. Payroll & Benefits Administration**

Supports Team Leads in ensuring accurate timesheets and approval

**completions to support finance dept with accurate and timely processing of**

**Payroll.**

Regularly evaluates compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness

**and employee satisfaction.**

**6. Community Engagement & Advocacy**

Acts as an HR representative in community engagement initiatives,

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster a positive workplace culture
- Familiarity with payroll processes and project management
- Experience in training and development initiatives
- Knowledge of recruiting tools
- Administrative experience in HR functions and data entry

Pay: $52,000.00-$58,240.00 per year
