**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring proper signage for easy shopping navigation

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery store or similar environments
- Omvic license required
- 1 year minimum sales experience needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers, including bilingual proficiency a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and responsibly
- Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not required
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail math principles is beneficial
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions
