**Creative Accelerator**

We are currently looking for talented and ambitious **Video Editors **who have recently graduated or are beginning their career in content creation to join our **Creative Accelerator**. This is a great opportunity for up-and-coming** **storytellers. We are offering 3 weeks of paid industry training as well as a full-time employment opportunity to those who excel throughout the program. See details below.

**We're hiring aspiring creators from Montreal who want to make the world a better place through storytelling. **You don't have to have years of experience, in fact, we actually prefer you didn't.** We are the experts in short-form content and will train you on how to create life-changing viral content. What we're looking for is for your work to make us _feel_ something. If your work can uplift our audience and empower us all to think or act differently, we want to hear from you.**:
**What the Creative Accelerator offers**:

- You will learn from experienced directors, filmmakers and storytellers
- Learn how to create short form content for social
- Learn what goes into making viral videos
- Explore various types of content creation like short documentaries, teasers and more
- You will be part of a very collaborative and committed team environment
- You will develop and build upon incredible storytelling skills

**Requirements**:

- Raw talent: _this is an opportunity for top talent_
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be impact-driven
- Must have a growth mindset
- Must be available full time (standard office hours)
- Post secondary education from a relevant program is preferred

**Important Information**:
We are only inviting a **limited number of people** into the Creative Accelerator and have two possible sessions:
**Session 1**: March 20th

**Session 2**: TBD

**Application process**:

- Submit your resume, portfolio and/or reel
- If you're selected a member of our team will schedule a call with you to explain the details and answer your questions
- A take-home assignment will be sent to you and assessed by our content team
- If you pass the assignment we will schedule a final interview
- If there's a good mutual fit, you will be invited into the Creative Accelerator and we will share the details of your conditional employment offer*
