**Nail Technician Job Description**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform various nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Provide body waxing services as needed, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized before and after each use.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty techniques to provide clients with the best service possible.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for during their visit.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Nail Technician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in nail care services, including knowledge of various techniques and products. Gel Polish experience it is a differential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about services and products.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell services confidently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40-$22.05 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 48 per week
