As a key player in our operations, you'll perform a variety of routine tasks and general maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our Acheson site. If you're passionate about safety and teamwork, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in our safety programs and help us achieve our **Goal Zero Initiative**
- Assist with the daily operation of the site under the guidance of the foreperson.
- Monitor and adjust overhead and portable conveyors during rail car unloading.
- Keep our site clean and safe
- Conduct preventative maintenance on conveyors, including changing rollers and basic electrical controls.
- Help unload aggregate railcars and assist with equipment maintenance.
- Be ready for other tasks as needed

**Experience/Education**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous rail knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Experience operating loaders or skid steers is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Overtime may be required.
- Possible travel for training.
- Participate in daily hazard assessments and weekly safety meetings.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and contractors.
- Ability to work at heights up to 80 feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Compliance with PPE requirements and safety protocols.
- Successfully meet pre-employment safety evaluations, including drug and alcohol testing.
