As part of the TK Fresh Produce family, **Terra Fresca Produce**is passionate about bringing the freshest, highest-quality produce to Canadians, with a special focus on organic options.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Sales Representative** to help us preserve and expand our current customer relationships, while also forging new partnerships with potential clients. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing order processing, maintaining communication with internal teams and clients, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending in-coming customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Keep up to date information to facilitate the sales process as selling prices, incoming inventories, and current stock.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives while upholding the company's standards of quality and professionalism. Cultivate and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and attract new customers within the produce industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales materials tailored to the produce industry.
- Perform additional reasonable tasks as assigned
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Education: Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the produce industry is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or wholesale produce sales is highly preferred.
- Negotiation & Customer Service: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to provide top-notch customer service.
