**Front Desk Operations**
- Greet and check-in/check-out guests.
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Handle room assignments, key distribution, and billing.
- Serve as the primary contact for guest questions, concerns, and special requests.
- Provide information about Motel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.

**Communication & Coordination**
- Liaise with housekeeping and management to ensure guest needs are met (room readiness, repairs, amenities).
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain accurate guest folios and process payments.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Follow Motel policies on safety, security, and compliance.
- **Front Desk Agent Requirements**:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a calm, professional demeanor.
- 1+ years front desk agent experience preferred.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Multitasking under pressure.
- A service mindset: empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
- Shifts available 7am-3pm as well as 3pm-11pm also includes weekends, and on public holidays.
