Live Out Building Superintendent

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the overall operation of the building, including its systems and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
- Respond to tenant requests and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to obtain quotes, schedule services, and ensure quality workmanship
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns effectively
**Experience**:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are required
- Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory
- Knowledge of logic controllers for building automation systems is preferred
- Strong electrical and HVAC troubleshooting skills
- Experience in managing and maintaining low voltage systems
- Project management experience in industrial maintenance is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$64,685.24 per year
