Full-time House Manager

40 hours weekly. (Mon to Fri from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm)

**Wage**:$22-$25/hour

**Job Location**:Wheaton Drive NW, Edmontons

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for someone who can do a little bit of everything as there are many tasks around the house.

1. Plan meals, purchase groceries

2. Make breakfast for two adults and child Monday through Friday

3. Drop off & pickup daughter at pre-school

4. Make daughter lunch and dinner daily

5. Housekeeping (vacuum, trash, sweeping, dishes, toy clean up, bathroom cleaning,laundry, water plants, etc)

6. Hot tube maintenance (add chemicals) weekly

7. Yard work (toy clean up, weeding, take out trash, etc)

8. Purchase gifts, toys, etc on as needed basis

9. Help with 10 year old black lab occasionally (brushing, walk, cleanup, etc)

10. Babysit on evenings or weekends as required (typically 1-2 times per month)

11. Travel with family as required to assist with childcare, meal planning, general help, etc) occasionally

**Weekly Schedule for Household Help**:
Monday
- laundry, clean bathrooms, change sheets

Tuesday
- Plan meals, buy groceries, dog help (brush, buy food, check water, etc)

Wednesday
- vacuum, sweep, dust, organization, take out trash

Thursday
- Outside (weeding, plant watering, hot tub chemicals, dog clean up)

Friday
- laundry, plan meals, grocery shopping

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a House Manager an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and honest
- Able to take initiative
- Flexibility is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- House Manager: 2 years (preferred)
- Family Assistant: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
