- Complete, review, and maintain inspection records/documents
- Prepare, Verify, and maintain preventative and corrective action reports and non conformances
- Work with production to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure compliance by adopting an integrated approach to quality management that ensures compliance to industry standards, customer mandates and internal policies
- Build customer loyalty by improving customer retention and satisfaction by rapidly resolving production quality issues reported by customers
- Practice Lean Manufacturing principles (i.e. 5s)
- Convene monthly Kaizen activities
- Complete, evaluate, and maintain quality manual and related procedures as required
- Prepare schedule, direct, and perform internal audits as required
- Audit and assist in maintaining equipment calibration database
- Prepare, implement, train Company employees and maintain procedures in compliance with Quality control standards with the aid of the Quality Manager as required
- Act as customer liaison with regards to any technical difficulties or quality issues as required

**Salary**: $15.00-$32.24 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurora, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QA/QC: 2 years (required)
