We are seeking a passionate and energetic Junior Event Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Junior Event Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving sales and customer service, ensuring that our clients have an unforgettable experience with our fun event rental products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the event industry and contribute to creating memorable moments for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences
- Prepare and present event proposals and quotes tailored to each client's needs
- Coordinate logistics for events, including product delivery, setup, and teardown
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the event planning process
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and event details into CRM

**Requirements**:

- Background in special event planning and/or an event planning/hospitality diploma preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an asset
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as required

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
