**Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager Summary**:
Reporting to the President, the Warehouse and Fulfillment Manager is responsible for the effective management of all departmental activities, along with the setting and direction of strategic and daily departmental priorities

**Job Location**:

**Major Responsibilities**_**:_
- Overall management of warehouse supervisors and staff members, daily activities
- Set and review progress reporting on departmental objectives
- Manage the overall delegation and the monitoring progress of departmental priorities
- Leads and manages the Health and Safety program for the Company
- Maintain the organization of the inventory and storage areas
- Ensure overall accuracy of all shipping and inventory transactions
- Identify areas of improvement, and work with the supervisory team to address existing work procedures and practices
- Lead regular process review and implement productivity improvements
- Ensure that staff training is up to date and facility equipment is properly maintained
- Responsible for ensuring maintenance standards as well as compliance with all regulations and company policies and procedures
- Interface with other department heads to collaborate and coordinate activities between departments

Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
