We are hiring a Technology Support Specialist to support a prestigious client in the professional services sector, ensuring their teams achieve maximum productivity through seamless technical operations.

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a versatile Technology Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support to specialized teams. This newly created position delivers immediate technical assistance while driving technology improvements and system implementations in a fast-paced environment. You'll be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting critical systems while collaborating on security upgrades and infrastructure projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-User Support**:

- Resolve hardware/software issues for laptops, peripherals, telephony, and conferencing systems
- Serve as escalation point for external IT vendors
- **Systems Management**:

- Administer virtual environments, document management systems, and CMS platforms
- Maintain website infrastructure and domain registrations
- Support software integrations and legacy system migrations
- **Technology Initiatives**:

- Execute security upgrades, hardware refreshes, and office network optimizations
- Recommend process improvements for compliance and efficiency
- **Operational Maintenance**:

- Manage mixed-device environments (corporate and personal setups)
- Maintain accurate technology inventory

**Required Qualifications**
- Degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications (A+, Network+, Microsoft, Citrix, or equivalent)
- 3+ years' experience supporting hardware/software in professional environments
- Proficiency with:

- Virtual desktop infrastructure (e.g., Citrix)
- M365 ecosystem (Teams, Outlook)
- Legal practice management systems
- CMS and domain management platforms

**Preferred Qualifications**
- IT experience in regulated industries (legal, finance, healthcare)
- Knowledge of confidentiality frameworks and data security protocols
- Adaptable problem-solver in high-pressure environments
- Collaborative communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive learner comfortable with proprietary systems
- Available for occasional urgent after-hours support
