About the opportunity
This role within Value Advisory group will be a thought leader supporting the field team as they lead cross-functional internal teams to work with executives and practitioners at our prospects to help shape their organizational/human capital management (HCM) transformation agenda. This role will support the field team through program management, asset development, reporting, though leadership and acting as a liaison with GCO, GPO, marketing and other internal teams. This role will mentor junior CoE members and set CoE direction and roadmap. The role of a Principal Value Advisor requires a combination of strong organization skills, project management skills, leadership, and communication skills. The role is designed for an ambitious business professional who is a team-player and is self-driven, motivated to learn, and has a passion for technology and strategy.

- Support team members as they drive customer engagement activities and ensure alignment between different teams
- Keep track of industry research to help elevate engagements
- Assist development of strategic messaging and thought leadership
- Contribute to evolution and development of Value Advisory practices and processes
Skills and experience we value
- 8+ years of professional experience in management consulting or previous Value Advisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, post Graduate Degree an asset (MBA, CFA, CPA, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and program management skills
- Experience with benchmarking and business case development/financial modeling
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing programs
- Experience in leading teams
- Knowledge of value selling processes and methodology an asset
- Strong level of personal organization with excellent oral/written (PowerPoint) communication skills
- Must have a valid passport and the ability to travel internationally
