**Requirements**:
- Minimum two years experience as a Financial Advisor or Financial Planner
- Proven sales track record
- Demonstrated ability to develop, build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathetic to clients’ needs
- Ability to analyze data and individual circumstances and recommend customized solutions
- Mutual Funds licence required (IFIC or CSC)
- A valid life licence is an asset
- Strong technological skills
