Refrigeration Technician

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration and HVAC systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration units, including cleaning, inspecting, and replacing parts as necessary.
- Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, and controls.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational procedures.
- Weld components as needed for repairs or installations.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or in a similar role within the HVAC industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain and repair complex systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC and refrigeration technology are required.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: $45.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
