Are you an enthusiastic social butterfly who loves meeting new people and having a great time? The Rolling Barrel is on the lookout for fun-loving **Party Hosts/Hostesses and Pedal Bike Tour Guides** to join our vibrant team for the upcoming fall and winter season This is a casual, on-call, part-time position perfect for outgoing individuals ready to lead unforgettable tours and coordinate lively pub crawls.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be at the heart of the action, guiding our pedal-powered pub crawls and ensuring each tour is filled with laughter, music, and memorable moments. If you thrive in social settings, enjoy engaging with diverse groups, and want to make new friends while bringing the fun, this job is for you

- **Responsible**: You take pride in your work and ensure guests have a safe experience.
- **Flexible**: Preferably available for weekends and some possible weekdays, but if you can only work limited hours, we encourage you to apply

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Checking guests in before the tour begins
- Coordinating with partnered pubs and stays on schedule
- Conducting fun group activities, playing music, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere
- Taking group photos to capture the fun moments
- Ensuring the bike operates smoothly and keeping an eye on guest safety
- Making new friends and enjoying TIPS - which are 100% yours to keep

**Requirements**:

- Must be 19+ and possess a valid driver’s license
- A smartphone is essential for communication and coordination
- Previous experience in hospitality or tour guiding is a plus but not required

**Availability**:
We’re flexible with shifts that typically run from 11:30 AM to 10 PM, with tours lasting around 2.5 hours and additional time for prep and closing duties a tour shift is 3 hours. If you have other availability, let us know—we can work to find shifts that suit you

**Compensation**:
Starting at **$20.00 per hour**, plus 100% of tips - the more fun you have, the more you earn
