**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead and organize the daily activities of multiple construction and installation teams across residential and commercial projects, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates and manage budget allocation for materials, labor, and subcontracting services, ensuring cost-effective project execution.
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and the highest level of workmanship quality.
- Handle the procurement and inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment, coordinating deliveries to ensure continuous project progress without delays.
- Oversee subcontract agreements, from negotiation and drafting to performance evaluation, ensuring that all work aligns with project specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and enforce strict safety guidelines for construction teams, ensuring full compliance with local and national safety regulations, fire prevention, and hazard management.
- Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports detailing project milestones, resource usage, and financial updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project status.
- Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting construction-related technical issues and conflicts between design, construction, and subcontracting teams, providing swift and effective resolutions.
- Design and implement on-the-job training programs to enhance the skills of workers in construction trades, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality improvement.
- Actively monitor the implementation of safety protocols on-site, ensuring all team members comply with safety procedures and that construction is completed without accidents or incidents.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of secondary school, diploma or degree preferred
- at least 2 to 3 years of related on-site experience in construction or related field

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
