**The Job - Project Supervisor**

Project Supervisors work directly with multiple Project Managers to ensure the correct execution and timely completion of projects. Supervising operations personnel and working on various projects in the field ensures the Project Supervisor is always on the move. With their extensive construction/restoration experience, strong organizational abilities, and passion for getting work done on time and under budget, the Project Supervisor is key to On Side’s success.

**Project Supervisors are responsible for**:

- Weekly Fleet Checks
- Site Safety Inspections
- Leadership and Coaching Field Staff
- Monitor and maintain schedules, communicating with stakeholders regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation of site visits and job progress.
- Manage multiple trades simultaneously while keeping the work moving fast and efficiently.
- Follow CSA standards for Healthcare.

**What you bring**:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Construction related experience
- Healthcare related experience
- Experience with negative air equipment
- Abatement knowledge and/or experience
- Leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)

**Other stuff that’ll help you be successful**:

- Skilled trade(s) or IICRC certificates
- Knowledge of basic drying concepts and drying equipment usage
- Standard First Aid certification
- Physically fit
- Restoration experience an asset
- CSA Infection control certification an asset
- Have a valid (or expired) Mould, Asbestos or other remediation tickets

**Of Note**

Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00-$32.00 per hour

- This role will have a strong focus on commercial renovations and repairs. Where does your commercial experience come from?
- Will you wear the proper PPE provided for the job? You will be required to wear full Tyvek suits and/or half or full-face masks for certain jobs. Masks require a person to be clean shaven if that applies to you.

**Experience**:

- Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Unrestricted Drivers Licence (required)
- CSA Infection control certification (preferred)
