**Position Details**
- Working under the supervision of the University Archivist this position requires close attention to detail in the processing of files to be added to the archival collection. Additionally, the job involves the lifting and moving of heavy (up to 23kg) boxes.

Primary duties:
- Processing of records that have been selected for inclusion in the Archives. This work will include sorting files to ensure that they are in the correct order. Physical preparation of files (removal from binders, removal of staples, clips, etc.). Foldering and labeling of files. Boxing and shelving of files.
- Updating of Archives General Inventory data
- Assistance with the reorganization of the Archives collection

Hourly Rate: $17.20/Hour

6 hours per week for twelve weeks.**Position Qualifications**
- This position will appeal to someone who is organized, detail-oriented and enjoys working independently.
