draftline YYZ (Toronto) is Labatt’s in-house creative agency and part of the draftLine family across the world with offices in New York, Buenos Aires, London to name a few.
dratfLine is a first of its kind in-house creative engine powered by data & technology moving at the speed of popular culture. draftLine will also leverage consumer data and marketing technology to measure media and content performance in real time and ultimately personalize the digital experience of our consumers, at scale.
We are looking for a Head of Strategy who is a collaborator by nature, applies critical thinking to business challenges, brings a deep knowledge of social and media platforms, and dreams big to deliver creative solutions.
The Role:
- You will work closely with the Heads of Creative, Media, Data, Partnerships, and brand leads in developing creative solutions for business challenges that range from small to large, but hinge on data focused insights about consumers and brands.-
- We’re looking for a highly creative problem solver, who can collaborate across brand teams, draftLine creatives, and our agency partner network to execute key strategic deliverables with agility and excellence.-
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring an ownership mindset to your projects, treating challenges as opportunities to think creatively and bring innovation or disruption.-
- You will lead and develop a team including a social strategist, social insights manager, and influencer and community managers to understand trends, develop social playbooks and plans, create content, and monitor and optimize performance across paid, owned, and earned social content.-
- You bring a deep expertise of social platforms and can translate trends and conversations into inspiring creative opportunities, identifying when, where, and how our brands should play.-
- You foster an environment of creativity, resilience, and growth for your teams and stakeholders.The Must Have's:
- A Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing digital or data driven campaigns-
- In depth experience developing and executing campaigns across a variety of social platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Pinterest, etc.-
- Agency/publisher Experience-
- Leadership, coaching, and managerial experience-
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other relevant programDemonstrated ability to drive successful and profitable digital marketing campaigns-
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills-
- Effective presenter
- ability to tell a compelling story and win over an audience-
- Impeccable time-management skills, with a proven record of juggling priorities and meeting multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Nice to Have's:
- Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified-
