**Primary Objectives**:
You will be integral in providing central project management support for branch customers utilizing our current system of project management. As a company that values improving our operational efficiencies, there will be the opportunity to constantly evaluate our process and recommend improvements on an ongoing basis.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Be an active member of the Project Management and Quotations team
- Ensure the department is utilizing up to date pricing from suppliers and that net pricing and specials are being used to maximize profit.
- Communicate with Sales Reps regarding status of projects and provide monthly and post review reports.
- Ensure Sales Reps and Branch Managers are aware of customer issues and recommend solutions.
- Continue to develop and improve the “Central Project Management” process to improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Vendor representatives to keep in the most competitive position possible.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with B&S group in order to provide enhanced quotes packages and streamline processes.
- Prioritize jobs accordingly
- Ensure all necessary schedules are contained in the project files; follow up with manufacturer or sales person for additional information
- Ensure proper Ship-to accounts are setup and maintained.
- Based on customer purchase order - prepare a complete project binder, provide Shop Drawings and submit for approval, prepare any amendments as required, enter complete sales order in Eclipse, schedule accordingly, expedite products.
- Communicate with Purchasing and Supply Chain to ensure correct product costing or cost savings achieved. Coordinate delivery with Shipping.
- Other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
- Five years industry experience with demonstrated plumbing and/or HVAC product knowledge
- Previous Bid and Spec experience an asset
- Solid computer skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service
- Strong organizational skills to maintain records and paperwork
- Ability to deal with situations quickly and calmly under deal breaking conditions
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines when required
