We are now looking for someone to grow in a management position as a head trainer.

We take HUGE pride in the ability to provide above 100% customer satisfaction and we accept nothing less and want **trainers/ fitness professionals who are DRIVEN to help** their/our clients to succeed in their fitness endeavors and transform their lives We teach authentic boxing/kickboxing in a HIIT style environment and we are looking for someone who is willing to grow with us as we want someone to be able to teach group classes (and will be compensated accordingly) and work the back end on client retention and follow-ups. We are looking for someone who is well versed in either boxing/kickboxing as well as various forms of strength training. You will need to be able to teach proper exercise form, proper striking techniques as well be able to articulate clearly the small details of given movements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to**:

- Execute our member retention process for lead generation, follow up, and membership enrollment
- Prescribe exercise routine which ties in to membership sales.
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of our studio as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present available services and products to our current members
- Participate in special events to promote our studio
- Assumes responsibility for developing and improving selling & enrollment skills
- Maintain a high level of technique training
- Explaining, teaching, demonstrating and correcting proper technique in the studio to be able to minimize injury
- Attending mandatory instructor training sessions when issued
- Studio Upkeep and Cleaning of the facility
- Must be high energy.
- Must not be selfish or self-centered and have a high degree of compassion.
- Must be a team player
- Must always hold higher expectations of oneself than that of others.
- Must be responsible, reliable and punctual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$60.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
