**About Us**:
Idea lab Kids is a fast-growing company that started in Houston, USA, and has recently expanded to Ontario. We offer an innovative educational program designed to instill fundamental STEAM (SCIENCE-TECHNOLOGY-ENGINEERING-ART-MATH), and cooking concepts in students through the use of a proprietary curriculum. Our programs create a fun learning environment that promotes preschool through adolescent development via afterschool classes, camps, and birthday parties. Experience of Idea lab Kids style of enrichment allows children to explore concepts of project and design-based learning while discovering their creativity, expanding their imagination, and developing essential critical thinking skills.

Idea Lab Kids Richmond Hill is looking for a **Marketing volunteer** to help expand its marketing platforms and reach new audiences.

**This is an unpaid, volunteer position. **There is no hourly compensation for this role.

**Responsibilities**:
The Marketing volunteer is a flexible role, where duties can include many different things, should the volunteer wish to help. High school students can earn valid volunteer hours with this position should they have appropriate marketing experience.

The individual would be
- Assisting with creating and designing marketing materials and flyers for all of our events and upcoming programs based on our company designs
- Design marketing materials that align with the Idea Lab Kids branding
- Create new marketing leads to encourage growth of business
- Assisting with management of company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Analytics on business performance (SEO, CRM, etc.)
- Assist and report to Campus Manager for posting all Marketing materials
- Opportunity to volunteer in afterschool programs, winter camps, and special event workshops
- Cleaning/ organizing as needed
- Tracking inventory/ managing supplies as needed
- Other duties as assigned/ requested by individual

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum: Grade 10 students
- Knowledgeable in marketing
- Provide valid Vulnerable Sector Screening record
- Experience in a similar role is an asset
- Teaching or child-care experience is an asset
- Flexible time & availability
- Ability to work independently
