**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to client preferences.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for styles and products.
- Upsell retail products that enhance the client's grooming experience, contributing to overall sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and manage appointments at the front desk.
- Foster a friendly and professional atmosphere that encourages repeat business and client loyalty.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and grooming products.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling, cutting techniques, and grooming services.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling grooming products.
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while providing outstanding service.
- A valid barbering license as required by state regulations is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00 per month
