We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients. If you have a passion for hair styling, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality hair cutting and styling services to clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations
- Perform various barbering techniques including cutting, trimming, and shaving
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair cutting and styling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Barber or hairstylist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of various hair cutting techniques and styles
- Proficient in using barbering tools such as clippers, scissors, razors, etc.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales principles for upselling salon products
- Familiarity with sanitization standards for maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $16.75-$31.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
