**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the automotive industry while gaining hands-on experience in a dealership environment. As an apprentice, you will work under the guidance of experienced technicians, learning essential skills and techniques necessary for success in automotive repair and maintenance.

**Duties**
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues under the supervision of senior technicians.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete repairs and services.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and components.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of automotive systems.
- Support the team in heavy lifting tasks as required during vehicle repairs or parts handling.

**Experience**
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred; prior experience with hand tools or power tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive systems, schematics, and dealership operations is beneficial but not required.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and provide exceptional service.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with automotive repair.

Pay: $16.55-$28.00 per hour
