As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include:

- Supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Managing project schedules and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Monitoring project budgets and expenses, including materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Utilizing softwares to track project progress and communicate updates to the team
- Providing guidance and support to construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction supervision or a related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality standards and can independently carry out the supervision of the project
- Minimum 3 years experience as a site supervisor

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- construction: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Oakville, ON L6L 2X4 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6L 2X4: Relocate before starting work (required)
