Bruce Auto Group's Customer Care Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Switchboard Operator to join our team. As a Switchboard Operator, you will be responsible for managing all incoming phone calls for our multiple locations, routing them to the appropriate departments, and providing excellent customer service. Our CCC is located upstairs at our Hyundai dealership in New Minas, NS

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Route calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate parties
- Provide excellent customer service to callers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing calls
- Perform basic administrative tasks as needed
- Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and computer systems
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and weekends 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, weekends are on rotation.
