**Job Description**:
As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful execution of our aerospace projects. Your responsibilities include:

- ** Project Coordination**: Efficiently coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in our complexe projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong client relationships by providing exemplary service and acting as a bridge between the clients and our organization, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- ** Workload Definition**: Clearly define project workloads, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring a structured approach to project management.
- ** Financial Oversight**: Take charge of financial aspects by managing project P&L and cash flow, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- ** Risk Analysis and Mitigation**: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
- ** Quality Assurance**: Uphold the highest standards of quality in project deliverables, continuously striving to exceed client expectations.
- ** Reporting**: Provide regular, comprehensive status updates and workload assessments to the executive team, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- ** Procurement Management**: Oversee procurement activities and necessary supplier relationships within the defined budgetary framework, optimizing resource allocation.
- ** Team Performance and Development**: Collaborate with the HR team to enhance team performance through coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Involvement in a structured PMO organisation
- Experience in the aeronautics, defence and/or Embedded software industries
- Knowledge of the V-shaped software development cycle and Agile software development methodologies
- Exposure to standard DO-254 (DO-178B/C as an asset)
- Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team, and suppliers
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word and PPT)
- Well organized and effective at time management
- Able to positively influence colleagues and customers to achieve desired results
- Good interpersonal skills/ comfortable being in front of customers
